Dhanthak Soaps Pvt. Ltd. (“we”) runs bbsoap.net. Effective 9 October 2026.
What we collect
When you order or write to us we collect your name, delivery address, telephone number, email address and the details of your order. If you ask for an export quotation we collect your company details, destination country and port.
Payments
Payments are taken through Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay, not to us, and we do not store them. Razorpay’s privacy policy applies to that step.
Why we use your data
To confirm and deliver your order, to answer you, to issue invoices, and to meet tax and legal duties. We share your name, address and telephone number with Delhivery, the courier that delivers your carton, and nothing else.
Cookies
The site sets only the cookies it needs to run the shop and protect its forms. We do not sell your data, and this site does not load advertising trackers.
Retention
We keep order and invoice records for as long as Indian tax law requires, then delete them. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as we need them to reply.
Your rights
Write to contact@bbsoap.net to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold, subject to records we must keep by law. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as in force.
Grievance officer
Complaints about personal data, or about an order, go to the grievance officer named on our Contact page. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy here, with its date.
Videos
Our television spots are hosted on YouTube. The player is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play; until then no request is made to YouTube. Once you play a video, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that playback.
