Where we deliver
Anywhere in India, by Delhivery, from our factory at Wagholi, Pune. Delivery is included in the carton price. We sell cartons only.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and collected from the factory Monday to Friday, in the 12 pm to 5 pm pickup slot, excluding public holidays. An order paid after the day’s slot has closed, or on a weekend or holiday, goes into the next weekday slot. The slot is shown on your order page.
Delivery
Delhivery usually delivers within three to seven working days of collection, depending on the distance from Pune. The tracking link is sent to you on dispatch and shown on your order page. The courier calls the mobile number on the order.
Damage in transit
Check the carton on arrival. If it is damaged, or the contents are wrong, write to contact@bbsoap.net within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the outer carton, the wrappers and the courier label. We will replace or refund.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delay caused by events outside our control, including strikes, transport disruption, flood, fire, epidemic or government order. We will tell you of any such delay, and you may cancel an undelivered order for a full refund.
